TownePlace Suites by Marriott White Hall

Middle of the night check in went so smooth. Chris was alert and very friendly when we arrived. The process to check in was fast which was great after a long day of driving. Rooms were clean and hardly any issues. I noticed that the shower leaks from the front onto the floor but it probably just needs to be re caulked. Breakfast both days was decent, nothing to rav about, but there seemed to be plenty stocked and it was a normal variety of sausage, eggs, waffle maker, cereals, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, and breakfast sandwiches which was a nice change. I was pretty concerned reading some of the negative reviews since they said the same really bad issue but either that was fixed or they didnt affect our floor. We stayed on the 4th floor. Noise level was decent even though the hotel seemed very full. Check out was quick and smooth. Staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable of their jobs.

Our stay here started off great with the front desk staff. Toya was very friendly and had us laughing at check in. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The complementary breakfast was a good way to start our day. I would stay here again!

Best hotel I’ve ever been in by far! Not even a close call at all. The rooms are so homey, so clean, and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The TVs are completely updated to where you can use Netflix and YouTube, unlike other hotels. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is amazing! It was so gentle on skin that I could use it on my baby and toddler. It’s a mix of lavender and eucalyptus from the brand botanicals. The breakfast was very good and an amazing variety of foods. There’s not one complaint that could be made. It was quiet, the location was great, and it was cozy! Best bang for your buck!

I was pleasantly surprised as I turned off the highway, I spotted the bright lights immediately. Arriving late after a long day of traveling, the location was well lit and the property is beautiful. Grabbing food was a breeze as there were many choices of restaurants, shops, convenient stores, fast food etc. My check-in, I was greeted with a smile and friendly service. My Children and I stayed in room 209!! CLEAN, FRESH, “SMOKE-FREE”, COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS…I Must mention it exceeded my expectations, as the Linen was all White! During my stay 4/12/2023 -4/16/2023 the Lobby, Outside Patio, Breakfast Area was also Clean and maintained constantly as I noticed throughout my stay. Everything was just so Clean and Professional, from the Manager to the staff!! To the manager Ericka Reams, I am also a business traveler from Atlanta, Georgia and your hotel should be the standard in quality, cleanliness an comfort.. I will be back!

If you’re visiting Pine Bluff and wanting a nice, clean , safe place to stay right off the expressway ,this is the spot. We were in town for my Grandmothers funeral and didn’t want to drive back and forth from Little Rock so I came upon this hidden gem. This hotel is located in White Hall just minutes away from Pine Bluff. It has large spacious rooms equipped with everything you need if you don’t want to eat out. The gym has great equipment and a water filtration system. Lastly , Rhonda checked us in and she had exceptional customer service. She made us feel welcome and made sure we knew all the amenities of the hotel. I definitely recommend staying here.

Brand new hotel so it’s nice and shiny. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was typical. Parking was a pain because 95% of the vehicles were big trucks, the majority of the guests were construction workers. There’s a steakhouse right next door that wasn’t bad.

My only complaint was breakfast. The ladies couldn't tell if the patties were turkey, beef or contained pork. Was told the egg biscuit on one day was turkey, but manager told another customer it was pork. It was pork by my reaction. Only consumed a quarter of it. Do us a favor and put a label on your meats.

I’m extremely picky about hotels and this one exceeded my expectations! Everything was spotless, room was beautiful, beds were super comfortable, and the employees were kind and helpful. The breakfast had so much to choose from and all was delicious! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are coming through the area. Highly recommend!

This hotel is awesome! Staff is amazing rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent gym, pool is nice. If you're staying near Sheridan/Whitehall this is your new spot!

What an awesome hotel!! Everything about it was perfect - it is in a safe well-lit location, across the parking lot from a nice steakhouse. It is so clean and well-maintained, and the hotel room far exceeded my expectations with a full kitchen! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful - I believe it was Rhonda who was so nice at check in, and at check out Ericka the manager was so kind and helpful. It was wonderful to see such attention to details throughout the hotel, and with the friendliness of the staff and all of the amenities, I look forward to staying again when traveling through Arkansas!
